With support from the International Bee Research Association (IBRA) this special issue incorporates Bees for Development (BFD) Journal No. 144. IBRA promotes the value of bees by providing information on bee science and beekeeping worldwide and Bees for Development helps some of the world’s poorest people become self-sufficient through beekeeping.
